Top 5 Favorite Things to Make…
In no particular order:
- Roasted Zucchini Pasta-Light taste & delicious. Fills you up with the good stuff.
- Spicy Chicken & Pepper Jack Pizza-In order to make this a vegetarian dish I swapped out the chicken for mushrooms!
- Zucchini Chips-SO delicious. I can eat plates full in a single sitting.
- Quinoa Black Bean Mango Salad-Snack or lunch. It lasts forever, gives you a boost of energy, and satisfies every tastebud!
- Green Smoothies-I mix these up with a variety of frozen fruits. Pineapple, mangos, peaches, bananas, strawberries. You name it. Once you get a full understanding of you personal preferences, this is completely customizable.

THIS BLOG IS CHANGING
Many who know me know that I have grown a deep love for cooking and baking. While I have learned many recipes and found many more on Pinterest (you can find mine here), and even though I haven’t been posting on tumblr as frequently, I am now going to do my best to use this blog to share my new food adventures.
Don’t worry! I will still be sharing my love affairs with pictures and music, and quick updates with the little things going on in my life. Just to let you know, as I’m sure my Instagram photos have warned you, I will be posting a lot of food (and recipes!) on here from now on!
